From check in to check out everything was smooth and easy. The property is beautiful and you feel like your at your own private resort. Easy beach access to private beach. The staff was so attentive to our needs with amazing food prepared daily. Our group will definitely come back we didn't want to leave and absolutely amazing trip thank you for having us it was perfect!

Great stay in Isla neptuno
The communication with Julie and the team before the arrival was great and they took care, that all was as we expected. The Isla itself is a dream location and we loved staying there. The staff onsite was super friendly, food and service was great.
We can really recommend staying there and would come again.

Excellent!
Positive: Every space is beautiful
Negative: The lights of my room had to be fixed and the AC had to be fixed. There were several AC’s that needed work but they fixed them.

We had an amazing time at Isla Neptuno for our New Year Family Trip. The property was on point; rooms were clean and well maintained, the pool was hotel size and the beach was a few steps away.
Food was great and staff very friendly, specially Sandro.
Definitely looking forward to going back soon!
